CVS:
I learned something new the other day at CVS! There are these small green leaf looking tags that they sell for $.99 and if you scan it upon check out on every 4th scan you get $1 off your purchase. You have to either not get a bag with your purchase or use a reuseable bag.

I got a "get one free" when I scanned my CVS card in their coupon machine. Be on the look out!

Wags:
When it comes to Walgreens if you are using RR remember you have to have an item that doesnt have a coupon with it. The RR are considered "coupons" and need that manufacturing coupon-less item :)

The wags by my parents house often have mints for 5 cents or carmels for .33 that you use as "fillers." Another great place to find "filler" items is their clearance areas! Holla back friend :)

A very sweet friend of mine has encouraged me to begin a blog about my coupon adventures! So here goes...

I've been very successful with CVS/Walgreens "wags" and have been trying to take on the grocery world. Kroger is a great place to use coupons because they double coupons between .40 and .50 and triple under .40. Since this is their second week to do the mega sale at Kroger I already knew what was a deal and where I could find coupons to match. Their mega sale is when you purchase 10 of the participating items you get $5 off your purchase (.50 off each item). You can buy as many items as you want as long as you have 10 participating items.

Here's what I walked out with!

It was $80 something before coupons.....drum rolllllll pleaseeeeee

and $4.26 after coupons! Weeeee! 93% savings!

How you ask? What coupons did you use? Who needs that much BBQ sauce! :)

Coupons used:
$1 off propel (used 10)
$1 off 2 stride gum (used 1 coupon and got this for Allie's niece who was my item counter)
$.35 off 2 quaker rice cakes (used 5)
$1 off 2 Ronzoni smart taste pasta (printed this from www.ronzoni.com)
$1 off 1 bag of Boulder potato chips (www.coupons.com)
$.55 off Kraft BBQ (used 10)

Your next question is probably where did you get 10 of the same coupon? Ebay. People sell coupons on Ebay and I've made friends with a lady from Ft.Worth. She's great!

Wondeful trip to Kroger! BBQ sauce for everyone!!!
